I am so excited to share my week one recipes with you to kick off my Summer, Sweets & Supper project! This week is easing into some possibly new techniques for you, but nothing too challenging for now.

There is no fancy equipment or ingredients you will find hard to find this week, just try to find a place that provides high quality fruit and veg to enhance this week’s dishes.

I love to use Sourdough bread for the breakfast dish, so try to source a decent loaf from a bakery or have a go yourself if you fancy the challenge.
