Hey Everyone,

This year I’m doing a Summer time sweets and supper inspiration project for you all to follow along and enjoy! For 12 weeks I will be sharing three delicious recipes (breakfast, dessert and a main meal) each week, and hopefully I can inspire you to try something new and have fun along the way.

Each Sunday of summer I will upload a post with the following weeks dishes and any speciality ingredients or equipment you may need, then every Monday, Wednesday and Friday I will upload the full recipe for each dish. Feel free to experiment with these dishes any day of the week or assemble your ingredients to throw a day of delicious meals at the weekend! I’m going to include lots of Vegan recipes along the way, and share substitutions so help with any dietary requirements you might experience, so don’t feel like you can’t join in as I aim to be as inclusive as possible.

Each dish will have the capacity for 2 adults, so scale up or down to suit you and your lifestyle, some things may be good for batch cooking and freezing so I will give you a heads up in each post if that is the case.

Summer cooking is all about fresh seasonal produce with bright and bold flavours. There may be some flavours along the way you have yet to try and I can’t wait for you to discover some new ingredients to use in your cooking.
